Dear Client,
I have developed two design options for reorganising the space, both featuring an almost mirrored layout of the kitchen–dining–living area.
The main concept is a clear separation between the day and night zones, ensuring functionality, comfort and privacy.
The living area is designed as an open-plan space with a non-linear kitchen, dining area and living room, with a total surface of around 40 m², as requested.
The spatial organisation is very carefully thought out, with a modern style enriched by autumn-inspired touches in terracotta, olive green, brown, beige and yellow.
The night zone includes three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
A storage room is also included.
The garage keeps dimensions similar to the original plan, with a dedicated passage for access to the technical and laundry area.
I am happy to provide additional explanations and answer any questions you may have.
