Thank you for this great project. I will briefly explain my proposed design.

My primary focus is perfecting the layout of the previous architect. I attempted to create a 40m2 living room and kitchen according to your instructions. There is a master bedroom with a bathroom and built-in wardrobes, as well as two other bedrooms, intended for two children. There is also a shared bathroom, storage space, and a laundry room accessible from two areas, as the laundry will be shared by two families. Finally, there is a garage, which is currently on the left, having previously been on the right side of the building.

I created renderings of the living room and kitchen. The color of the ceiling with a hardwood floor, and touches of terracotta on several sides add a warm and modern feel.
