As an architect, I have redesigned the apartment by placing the garage on the right side, with the kitchen located next to it and a direct access connecting the kitchen to the garage for convenience.

The kitchen is designed in a U-shaped layout, fully equipped to meet all functional needs, and is open to the living and dining areas, creating a seamless and spacious feel.

A decorative partition separates the entrance from the living area, integrating the TV within it to clearly define the entrance zone and provide visual privacy for the living space.

The master bathroom includes a double vanity, a bathtub, a bidet, a toilet, and a small built-in wall cabinet for storage.

A separate storage room is provided to support daily household needs.

The master bedroom has a moderate size and features a small dressing area along with a private bathroom equipped with a shower.

Each of the two additional bedrooms includes a built-in wardrobe to maximize space efficiency.

The shared laundry room can be accessed either through a door from the kitchen overlooking the garage, or through a second door from the adjacent bedroom. If preferred, the bedroom access can be omitted, and the laundry room can be accessed solely from the kitchen.
