The idea is to create a public art installation, which can cover the frontage of the dustbin's for most of the time. This can be opened fully to the floor, when the dustbin is needed to be picked up by the garbage truck. Totally 16 no of bins are provided closely in a particular location, so as to free the rest of the space, that can be used for placing park benches. As we create an art installation around the dustbin, this will create a psychological barrier in the users, to not spill/throw the waste around the art installation, thus creating a cleaner space for public use.
