Per la realizzazione del rinnovamento delle aree comuni del palazzo e la soluzione del problema dei cassonetti, si pensa che verrà creata una struttura di design moderno nell'area di parcheggio a sinistra dell'ingresso che si consiglia di costruire con costruzione in cemento ma può essere ed ed economica costruzione in metallo. La struttura manterrà i bidoni della spazzatura all'interno e lo scarico sarà effettuato esternamente su entrambi i lati dell'edificio dove ci saranno finestre orizzontali. Lo spazio della finestra sarà sufficiente per smaltire i rifiuti nei cassonetti nascondendo i cassonetti. Questa struttura avrà una grande porta che si aprirà per consentire al veicolo di raccolta dei rifiuti urbani di entrare nell'edificio e raccogliere i rifiuti senza essere visibile al pubblico. La struttura sarà coperta dall'alto per evitare che i detriti si bagnino e diffondano cattivi odori nella zona per nascondere i bidoni della spazzatura anche quando visti dai balconi del palazzo, per cambiare la norma che oggi guarda dal palazzo. L'edificio avrà un design moderno e catturerà la bellezza dello spazio risolvendo il problema dei rifiuti per sempre. Nell'area d'ingresso ci sarà un intervento minimo per cambiare l'intero concetto del cortile all'ingresso del palazzo. Il vicolo che inizia all'ingresso del cortile continuerà fino alla terza entrata del palazzo e ci saranno vicoli per consentire ai residenti di accedere al primo e al secondo ingresso. Di fronte al secondo ingresso e dopo la rampa di discesa in auto verrà realizzata una piazza con panchine dove i cittadini potranno stare rilassati circondati dal verde degli alberi ornamentali che verranno piantati attorno alla piazza. Alla fine della proprietà vicino al terzo ingresso verrà creata un'area giochi dove i bambini dell'elettrodomestico possono riunirsi e giocare in compagnia l'uno dell'altro e con i vari giocattoli da montare su questa piazza. I costi di intervento saranno minimi per risolvere tutti i problemi che riguardano i residenti dell'edificio.

The building will be of modern design and will capture the beauty of space by solving the waste problem forever. In the entrance area there will be minimal intervention to change the whole concept of the courtyard at the entrance to the palace. The alley that starts at the entrance of the courtyard will continue until the third entrance of the palace and there will be alleyways to allow residents access to the first and second entrances. In front of the second entrance and after the descent ramp by car will be realized a square with benches where the citizens can stay relaxed surrounded by the greenery of the ornamental trees that will be planted around the square. At the end of the property near the third entrance will be created a playground area where the children of the appliance can gather and play in the company of each other and with the various toys to be mounted on this square. The intervention costs will be minimal to solve all the problems that concern the residents of the building.
