To respond to this young couple's request, I decided to remove the partition walls which separate the living room from the kitchen.
I have designed a big and unique space in which the furnishings distinguish 3 macro-areas: the kitchen, the living area and the dining area.
I've put the linear kitchen on the equipped wall. The focal point of this area is a plasterboard. This plasterboard creates a effect like a blackboard painting and it hides the existing column, becoming a support for the peninsula. In addition, in harmony with the wall separating the night area, it creates a sort of storage room with drawers and shelves. On the blackboard effect wall, you can write fun messages or simply write reminders and lists. It becomes a notebook or a whole wall canvas.
The living area hosts the Philips Hue Personal Lighting system and a big sofa pointed towards the perimetral wall. You could put the TV on this wall, or even watch it with a projector. A wardrobe-container (as requested for the alarm system) delimits the dining area which is characterized by a big table.


Per rispondere alle richieste di questa giovane coppia ho eliminato i tramezzi che separano il soggiorno dalla cucina disegnando un unico grande ambiente in cui gli arredi caratterizzano 3 macro aree: cucina, area living e zona pranzo. La cucina lineare e stata disposta sulla parete già attrezzata con gli impianti. Il Protagonista di quest' area è un pannello in multistrato tinto con una pittura effetto lavagna che maschera il pilastro esistente diventando spalla di appoggio per la penisola richiesta. Inoltre, dialogando con la parete che separa la zona notte, crea uno spazio "dispensa" divisibile in piani e cassetti. La finitura effetto lavagna è stata pensata per farlo diventare una tela o un taccuino a tutta a parete..."è finito il latte! ti amo"... L' area living ospita le 3 luci ambientali Philips HUE ed un grande divano rivolto verso la parete perimetrale sulla quale si potrebbe proiettare (o comunque collocare) la tv. Un mobile guardaroba e contenitore (come da richiesta per la centralina dell antifurto) delimita la zona pranzo caratterizzata da un grande tavolo.
