L’inizio di un nuovo lavoro comporta sempre un duplice stato d’animo. Grande entusiasmo per la nuova avventura ma allo stesso tempo preoccupazione e riflessione per la comprensione dei desideri e delle esigenze della committenza.
Nel caso del progetto “Our new apartment” è bastato leggere la descrizione fatta dai committenti per far si che il progetto nascesse da solo. Già dalle prime righe si evince il desiderio di creare un “Nido” accogliente per la famiglia in cui le esigenze delle bambine vengano messe al primo posto.
L’obiettivo è stato quello di creare un appartamento funzionale e confortevole in cui grandi e piccini possano vivere.
La distribuzione interna prevede un ingresso, nel quale troviamo a destra un grande armadio a muro con pannelli bianchi a scomparsa ed un gioco di luci sulla parete frontale dato dai cubotti a muro.
Da esso si accede alla zona living, nella quale un setto svolge la duplice funzione di alloggio per la tv e del camino bifacciale ma anche di separazione con la zona notte. Questa separazione grazie alla bucatura del camino acquista leggerezza evitando di creare “ l’effetto corridoio” tipico delle case a pianta rettangolare con ingresso laterale. Per dare maggiore spazialità e per favorire l’ingresso della luce naturale, una vetrata fissa collega visivamente la cucina al disimpegno. La percezione di chiusura viene completamente sostituita da quella di continuità tra gli ambienti, pur mantenendo per ciascuno la propria individualità funzionale.
Il gioco di altezze, ottenuto tramite i controsoffitti e la pedana in legno, conferisce agli ambienti un equilibrio dinamico, evitando una monotonia visiva e di conseguenza la perdita di identità.
Inoltre la pedana in legno, che dal disimpegno si estende alla camera da letto ed ai due servizi, funge anche da elemento funzionale per l’alloggio di eventuali sistemi impiantistici dovuti alla traslazione degli scarichi dei servizi. Quest’ultimi sono stati collocati vicini nella parte nord sia per sfruttare i punti luci nelle stanze più vissute e sia per facilitare la realizzazione dei punti acqua e degli scarichi.
Come richiesto dalla committenza la zona notte prevede 3 camere, una camera matrimoniale con bagno ad accesso esclusivo, una cameretta più piccola (9.5mq) ed una cameretta più grande che svolge la funzione sia di zona gioco che di zona notte (19.5mq).
Ovviamente gli arredi ed i rivestimenti giocano un ruolo essenziale.
Il taglio moderno dato viene reso caldo ed accogliente grazie alla giusta fusione di tonalità tra i rivestimenti a pavimento ed a parete.
Nella zona living troviamo principalmente dei colori neutri (varie tonalità del grigio ed il bianco), che insieme alla carta sulla parete che attraversa tutto l’ambiente danno la percezione di continuità ambientale ed apertura verso l’esterno.
Anche i due servizi, uno con doccia e l’altro pensato con la vasca per i bagnetti delle bambine, si distinguono per il trattamento delle pareti (resina verde con rivestimento in legno in quello comune e resina grigia con rivestimento in pietra in quello privato). Se pur diversi risultano in armonia tra di loro.
Le camere delle bambine sono state elaborate pensando anche ad un visione futura, prevedendo lo spazio per grandi armadi e dando caratteristiche riconducibili al periodo dell’infanzia facilmente trasformabili (gli adesivi a parete sono un esempio).
Nella scelta degli arredi purtroppo non ho potuto fare a meno di disegnare personalmente alcuni arredi (IA), ma ho proposto nella tavola dedicata una duplice soluzione riportando anche l’alternativa più economica.
Mi sono fatta prendere la mano ed ho forse elaborato troppo materiale che penso il sito non mi permetterà di caricare, cercherò di mettere il più possibile.

The start of a new job always involves a twofold mood. Great enthusiasm for the new venture, but at the same time concern and reflection for the understanding of the desires and needs of the client.
 If the project "Our new apartment" was enough to read the description given by customers to ensure that the project was born alone. Since the first row shows the desire to create a "nest" welcoming for the family in which the needs of the children are put first.
The goal was to create a functional and comfortable apartment where adults and children can live.
The internal layout includes a hall, in which we find to the right a large closet with white panels disappearing and a play of lights on the front wall given the abundance wall.
It leads to the living area, in which a septum performs the dual function of accommodation for TV and fire-place, but also of separation from the sleeping area. This separation thanks to punch the fireplace acquires lightness without creating "corridor effect" typical of the houses with a rectangular side entrance. To give more space and to facilitate the entry of natural light, a fixed window visually connects the kitchen to the hallway. The perception of closure is completely replaced by that of continuity between environments while maintaining their individuality for each functional.
The game of heights, obtained through the ceilings and the wooden platform, gives the rooms a dynamic equilibrium, avoiding a visual monotony and consequently the loss of identity.
In addition, the wooden platform, which extends from the hallway to the bedroom and the two services, also serves as a functional element for accommodation of any plant systems due to the translation of the discharge of services. The latter were placed neighbors in the north is to exploit the points lights in rooms longer lived and both to facilitate the realization of the points and water discharges.
As required by the client the sleeping area includes 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with bathroom for exclusive access, a room smaller (9.5mq) and a small room that serves as the largest area of ​​the game that is a sleeping area (19.5mq).
Obviously the furnishings and finishes play an essential role.
The modern cut data is made warm and welcoming, with the right mix of shades between floor coverings and wall.
In the living area are mostly neutral color (various shades of gray and white), which together with the paper on the wall that runs through the environment give the perception of environmental continuity and opening to the outside.
The two bathrooms, one with shower and the other thought with a pool for small bathrooms girls, are distinguished by the treatment of the walls (green resin-coated wood in the common and gray resin with stone cladding and private) . Although several are in harmony with each other.
The rooms of the girls have been developed also considering a future vision, providing space for large closets and giving back to the period of childhood characteristics easily convertible (the stickers on the wall are an example).
In the choice of furniture, unfortunately I could not help but draw some personal furniture (IA), but I have proposed in the table dedicated a dual solution also reporting the cheapest alternative.
