I hope you have a good day. First at all I want to thank you for this opportunity to participate in this interesting contest.
I been working in your project, and I want to make some suggestions;
1). Keep the parking area on the same place because if you change that area you will have to build a road inside the garden, so you will have to spent more money for that. Another thing is that you have a beautiful view from the interior to the exterior of the house and if you keep the parking place at the same place you will keep this beautiful view.
2). If you want to change the tiles, make sure you have a reinforced concrete slab under the tiles this is to the floor don’t get curve or broken. Just a 10 centimeter concrete slab will be good.
3). I like the tree “agrifoglio” which is in front of the Via Calabria however if you can move this tree to the corner to get close to the Via Piamonte, I think it will be better to put the pergola so you will have a good space to install the pergola.

By the way I put a covered parking but tis is optional.
