Please find below my proposal for the modification.
I believe the project is met all the requirements:
1. We have a spacious one bedroom apartment on the upper floor, with private external access near the entrance. This apartment has a common area with living room, dining room and kitchen. A powder with laundry space is also provided.
2. We have 4 bedrooms at the ground floor with ensuite bathroom, a large common room with living room, dining room, kitchen and island bar. It also has a powder room with laundry space and a grand foyer. For the outdoor we have garden dining gazebo with BBQ grill, swimming pool and pool deck.
