Zone A
The lower garden was redesigned in order to serve the new building. A concrete pathway was built to direct the circulation. In addition, an optional wooden deck was added, if seating area was needed. Most of the existing trees of this area were preserved as well as new ones were added.
Zone B
It was designed as being the main entrance approach of the garden. A cul de sac was added at the end of the existing road as well as a parking area that could be increased in the future if needed. A unique colored tiles were added to emphasize the circulation. Wide stone stairs were added at the center to connect zone b with the upper zone E. Existing Fat plants were conserved and new ones were added to make a beautiful stepped succulent garden.
Zone c
A concrete walkway was designed to connect between the upper zone E and the lower zone A, as well as being connected to the casa from the middle.
Zone D
The backyard of the casa was cleaned from unwanted random bushes and replaced with a clean lawn area to be more functional. At the edge of the garden below the old stone wall of zone E, a linear flower bed was Built to emphasize the garden and control the growth of unwanted bushes.
Zone E
Unwanted bushes were removed and the majority was preserved in order to visually connect it with the lower level. zone E is accessible from either, the main stone stairs at the front of the casa with beautiful stepped stone bushes, or the existing stairs at the back of the casa. A concrete walkway was installed to define the circulation through the garden, ending it with an optional seating area if needed.
