Project description

To make the room look larger and more open, I made several key changes:
First, I used light and neutral colors on the walls to help reflect light and create a greater sense of space. I painted the ceiling slightly lighter than the walls to make the room feel taller.
Next, I focused on layered lighting, combining recessed ceiling spotlights and hidden LED strips to add depth and avoid dark corners.
I also incorporated indirect lighting to create a softer and more inviting atmosphere.
To complete the design and hide the bathroom door, I used a console table with a large mirror, which not only concealed the door but also made the room appear more spacious and functional.
The furniture was chosen to be light and elevated on legs, so the space wouldn’t feel heavy.
Finally, with a simple and organized layout, I was able to make the room feel brighter, more open, and visually larger.
