The design solution is characterized by linear shapes and simple elements. The chosen IKEA kitchen model is FAKTUM ARSTA white with integrated handles. The kitchen is placed without making changes to the existing plumbing systems; it is composed by bases where are inserted the hob, the sink, the dishwasher and the pantries with shelves, drawers and baskets. Kitchen high cabinets with the oven, the microwave, the fridge-freezer and a pantry with open shelves for wines and dishes, are placed in the space between the windows. The kitchen is organized to allow the realization of a peninsula for breakfast or quick meal. Enough space remains in the living area to place a chaise longue and two large pouf in front of the wall where is placed a console for tv and a wall cupboard. The dining area is organized near the entry area and it is formed by a table with stools and bookcase.
