In order to achieve the maximum functionality, the apartment is divided into two main zones: the day zone and the night zone. The day zone comprises living room, dining room, kitchenette, bathroom and the entrance hall, while the night zone consists of master bedroom with the walk-in closet, study/bedroom, private bathroom and the laundry in the night zone hall.
The living room and the dining room are designed to be spacious, light and open and also enriched with a few pieces of designed furniture. Since their main purpose is to be a gathering place, many seats are provided there, leaving the possibility for entertaining and hosting parties. They have the direct exit to the balcony, which can also be used for socializing and relaxation. Dining zone and kitchenette are separated by a thin wall, which can be demolished if you ever wish to place a bar there someday instead.
The master bedroom is spacious with a walk-in closet and if you wish, you can change the position of the bathroom door in order to make it private for this room – as suggested on the drawing on the right. The study room is designed to be adaptable: the sofa suggested for this room can also be used as a bed for two, so you can invite a couple of friends to sleepover and there is also a big shelf for books and TV, so it can be used as a relaxation zone, too. The laundry is placed in the cabinet in the night zone hall. This way it is close to both bathrooms which makes moving around the flat easier and the plumbing expenses should be minimal.
***All the closets should be built-in in order to use the utility space fully.
