il progetto prevede la realizzazione di un open space con zona living e angolo cottura.
l'ingresso sarà per metà ha un controsoffitto con tagli di luce led e uno specchio a incasso di fronte la porta principale. nella zona notte si presentano due camere da letto e due bagni confinanti. Il balcone verandato sarà diviso in due parti: metà ospiterà la lavanderia l'altra metà con accesso dalla camera da letto principale funge da cabina armadio.
