Τhe conceptual thought of the proposal aims in the spatial rearrangement of the apartment, in order to achieve maximum storage space. The living room and the open kitchen is placed on the south side of the house. A large library has been designed on the southwest wall of the living room that serves as separator to the entrance. When entering the apartment, you can find a wardrobe to store coats and shoes. The bathroom is placed in the center of the apartment, while the door is not visible from the entrance. It is divided into three functions: the sink with storage under the bench and closed cupboard – the basin with shelves for storing bath accessories (paper-health soap, etc.) and the shower. In the hallway outside the bathroom there is a storage space for the washing machine- laundry- and cleaning products. The bedroom is located on the north side of the apartment and has a large closet. To provide a sense of relaxation the north-east wall is covered with drywall lining, to make the room rectangular. Beneath the window, the space can be used for putting drawers for clothes. Moreover, at the opposite wall, is proposed a make up table with drawers below and shelves for books, ornaments and storing things.
