The design that I have created for the “House Sardinía” contest consists of a single-level house and an 80-square-meter underground garage with a technical room. The area of the ground floor is 120 square meters and is made up of a large space where the living room with a TV cabinet, a gas fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen are located. The kitchen has a bar where you can have breakfast and next to it there is a pantry and a laundry room.
There are two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one in the main bedroom and the other for visitors.
There are many windows and glass doors, this allows the exchange with nature, the wind and the sunlight.
The pool is located in front of the living room and has the dimensions established by the client.
