La richiesta del cliente è quella di riuscire a progettare una casa di 120/140 mq su un terreno di circa 1000 mq, con due camere da letto, due bagni, living, dispensa, veranda e piscina. L’unica specifica è costituita dalla tipologia edilizia scelta: il prefabbricato.
La soluzione, o meglio le soluzioni proposte si sono così tradotte:
- Soluzione 1:
Questa soluzione si basa sulla simmetria degli spazi e la divisione a fasce delle destinazioni d’uso. Lo schema è il seguente: veranda, living, servizi e notte. L’accesso alla proprietà avviene attraverso un cancelletto pedonale ed un cancello carrabile che porta al piano interrato dove è previsto un ampio garage con locale tecnico e legnaia esterna.
L’ingresso all’abitazione è scandito da due scalini che seguono il perimetro della casa. E’ stato inserito un ampio portico con una pensilina brise soleil in legno e un muretto di taglio fatto in pietra a vista (contenente le finestre a scomparsa del living). Già da qui si intuisce la scelta dei materiali predominanti: il legno e la pietra.
Varcata la soglia ci si trova in un piccolo ingresso semiaperto, che ci introduce nella zona giorno. Questa semi apertura cela un piccolo studio, collegato al soggiorno e diviso da esso con una parete a tutt’altezza; questa parete contiene dal lato studio delle librerie e dal lato soggiorno un camino. Una volta nel living abbiamo il soggiorno, la zona pranzo e la cucina con isola.
Grazie alle finestre ampie a scomparsa si è ottenuto un continuum tra interno ed esterno, infatti la cucina continua anche nella veranda, si è praticamente raddoppiato lo spazio.
La veranda ospita , appunto, la cucina con piano cottura ad induzione, barbecue e isola, poi una zona pranzo e un’area relax con camino esterno.
La fascia servizi taglia a metà l’abitazione. Qui sono state inserite: la dispensa (completa di lavanderia e cantinetta dei vini), il bagno di servizio, l’ingresso e il corridoio-disimpegno che ci introduce nella zona notte.
La zona notte è divisa in due camere speculari. Ogni camera è dotata di cabina armadio e bagno privato.
Le porte interne sono tutte a tutt’altezza, e nella parete che divide il living dalla zona notte, sono state inserite delle porte a scomparsa che possono variare la lunghezza della parete, in questo modo arriva la luce naturale anche nel corridoio, o si può ottenere maggiore privacy all’occorrenza.
All’esterno è stata inserita la piscina a sfioro con la pavimentazione esterna ed accanto ad essa è stata ricavata un’area relax, scavata nel giardino, una zona nascosta e riservata da vivere in libertà.
Sono state inserite delle piante sempreverdi per proteggere dal caldo estivo e dal vento della stagione invernale.
Oltre la piscina si trova il giardino lasciato a prato semplice, da poter modificare qualora si volesse introdurre un mini parco-giochi per dei bambini o un campo di padel o altro.

The customer's request is to be able to design a house of 120/140 square meters on a plot of about 1000 square meters, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, pantry, veranda and swimming pool. The only specification is the type of building chosen: the prefabricated.
The solution, or rather the proposed solutions, have been translated as follows:
- Solution 1:
This solution is based on the symmetry of the spaces and the division of the intended uses into bands. The scheme is as follows: veranda, living room, services and night. Access to the property is through a pedestrian gate and a driveway gate that leads to the basement where there is a large garage with technical room and outdoor woodshed.
The entrance to the house is marked by two steps that follow the perimeter of the house. A large porch has been inserted with a wooden brise soleil canopy and a cut wall made of exposed stone (containing the retractable windows of the living room). Already from here you can guess the choice of predominant materials: wood and stone.
Crossing the threshold you find yourself in a small half-open entrance, which introduces us into the living area. This semi-opening conceals a small study, connected to the living room and divided from it with a full-height wall; This wall contains on the study side of the bookcases and on the living room side a fireplace. Once in the living room we have the living room, the dining area and the kitchen with island.
Thanks to the large retractable windows, a continuum between inside and outside has been obtained, in fact the kitchen continues even in the veranda, the space has practically doubled.
The veranda houses, in fact, the kitchen with induction hob, barbecue and island, then a dining area and a relaxation area with outdoor fireplace.
The service band cuts the house in half. Here have been inserted: the pantry (complete with laundry and wine cellar), the bathroom, the entrance and the corridor-hallway that introduces us into the sleeping area.
The sleeping area is divided into two mirror rooms. Each room is equipped with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom.
The interior doors are all full-height, and in the wall that divides the living room from the sleeping area, pocket doors have been inserted that can vary the length of the wall, in this way natural light also arrives in the corridor, or you can get more privacy if necessary.
Outside the infinity pool with the external flooring has been inserted and next to it a relaxation area has been created, dug into the garden, a hidden and reserved area to live in freedom.
Evergreen plants have been inserted to protect from the summer heat and wind of the winter season.
Beyond the pool there is the garden left with a simple lawn, which can be modified if you want to introduce a mini playground for children or a padel court or other.
