Hola a todos, tengo una parcela de 1000 m2 en la que me gustarÃa crear una casa de unos 120/140 m2 de una sola planta. Me gustarÃa en la parte delantera (zona de estar) una única vidriera.
La estructura deberÃa tener solo 4 pilares en los extremos de las esquinas.
La estructura se construirá con paneles de cemento prefabricado color blanco o también gris cemento.
El techo debe ser plano.
2 baños: uno en el dormitorio principal con acceso al vestidor y un segundo baño para invitados.
2 habitaciones dobles.
Cocina abierta y una despensa.
Un porche frente a la ventana de al menos 3 metros de profundidad donde continúa la cocina.
Una piscina de unos 3 metros de ancho y 9 metros de largo.
Donde en el plano están los dos coches, me gustarÃa la rampa de bajada al garaje.
