Description

The project consists of the construction of a new single-family house on a plot of land located in Sernobí, in southern Sardinia.
The house is divided over two floors: ground floor with the residential part and basement used as a parking/warehouse.
Access to the house is through a glass door located to the east of the house. Here we find an entrance that distributes the spaces, connecting them to each other.
From here you can in fact access the sleeping area and at the same time the living area.
The sleeping area, with north-south orientation, consists of two bedrooms: one double bedroom with exclusive bathroom and walk-in closet and a guest bedroom with a service bathroom.
The living area will be located to the west, consisting of a single large area: living room, dining room and kitchen.
This area is characterized by a large window that overlooks the garden, allowing for the creation of spatial continuity between inside and outside.
The veranda amplifies this space and also helps from an energy saving point of view by creating a sunscreen for the large window.
The layout of the living area has been designed to allow the customer to be able to look towards the garden wherever he is seated.
The garden will consist of trees with evergreen leaves (CUPRESSUS SEMPERVIRENS, PINUS PINEA, PINUS HALEPENSIS, QUERCUS ILEX).
The fence will be covered with cypresses which will create a green wall ensuring maximum privacy.
