I am very happy to participate in your contest.
I designed the volume of the house as a box with the approach that the house is protected from the street and entrance and has a wide view from the garden.
According to the type of structure you considered for building the house, I considered the main walls with a thickness of 20 cm.
I designed the entrance part of the house a little differently from other parts of the house (box-shaped house design) so that this difference has a feeling of welcome when entering the house.
After entering the house, the entrance corridor leads you from one side to the public part (reception) and from the other side to the private part of the house.
I placed the public part of the house linearly in line with the garden so that you can have the best view of the garden from the large windows.
I placed the fireplace and the TV wall in a place that can be seen from the dining room, living room and garden.
I put a big closet next to the fireplace for storage.
I designed the master bedroom in such a way that after entering it, you have access to the bathroom, walk in clost and laundry.
Due to the limitation of the projected square footage, I placed the study table in the master bedroom.
