As you can see in the pictures, I created modern design spaces, with the essence of a beach holiday home, following your needs and preferences, and adding my experience as professional.
At first view, it may looks like an expensive project, but it's the best option (which will also save you money) if want that modern look in the renovation for your property. And I explain you here:
1.- I redistributed and extended the sized of the existing bedrooms. I also used the space of the current living room to create a third bedroom with closet and bathroom with an independent entrance as your wish.
2.- Removing the terrace, I used that space to create a cube, in which I located a modern kitchen, dining and living room area. All harmoniously connected by an open space, well lit with natural light and ventilated. I also created a main entrance which was important to create a properly distribution in the house). The wall separating the hall/ entrance in the house is clad in marble slabs, same as the front and floors of the house. The new expansion of housing, has a higher height than the rooms to create a greater sense of spaciousness and luxury. Side the open space is located a corridor covered by a wooden pergola (as you wished to keep the climbing plants, and integrate them with the house). The main bedroom (right hand of entrance) has an access direct to the garden, where you can enjoy the view of your new pool.
3.- I designed a beautiful pool, which is sorrounded by a dreaming oasis garden and waterfall that feeds the pool. Along the pool, is integrated a built in concrete bench with pillows, that creates an ideal area of entertainment for your family and guest in the long days of summer. I defined also garage area for two vehicles.
4.- The house has the right furniture.I have used a selection of asian furnitures/decor, as the balinese coffee table in the living room; and built in furniture. (sofa in the living, pool, and beds in rooms).
As you can see, using logical decisions and a beautiful interior/exterior design, you can increase the value of your property without complicating with expensive renovations.
