The idea of the project was to upgrade the house to bring it to a wholly new level with efficient use of existing constructions. To achieve this goal there is a need to rise a roof because existing ceilings level is very low specially where existing terrace and planed living room are situated. Project provides flat roof instead of existing slopes. But also existing roof tiles can be used.
New wall of living room uses existing columns. Existing pergola kept and a new pergola connects the house and the existing pergola. Small pull is situated in front of master bedroom windows.
