Il progetto elaborato per la vostra casa al mare prevede un ampliamento dell’edificio – entro il limite del 30% dell’esistente – nella parte del giardino posteriore, collegando le due unità attualmente indipendenti a formare un unico edificio a forma di L.
Per realizzare quanto da voi richiesto abbiamo pensato di invertire l’attuale disposizione delle zone giorno-notte dei locali prevedendo nell’unità originale il nuovo ingresso principale, un salotto, una cucina e un bagno, mentre nell’unità da sanare abbiamo ricavato, oltre ad un comodo disimpegno, 2 camere da letto, un bagnetto e la nuova camera con bagno e accesso riservato dal giardino posteriore.
Si sottolinea come tutti i locali previsti rispettino le superfici minime previste dalla normativa.
Particolare attenzione è stata posta all’aspetto esterno dell’edificio e alla sistemazione dell’insieme; in particolare è stata realizzata una loggia aperta con copertura a sbalzo al posto del portico, è stata inserita una nuova piscina ed una sistemazione che prevede uno spazio prendisole ed un a nuova pavimentazione che integra il pergolato esistente con gli altri spazi.

The draft prepared for your beach house provides for an extension of the building - within the limit of 30% of the existing - in the back garden, connecting the two currently independent units to form a single building in the shape of L.
To achieve what you requested we decided to reverse the current arrangement of the day-night areas: in the original part we provide a new main entrance, a lounge, a kitchen and a bathroom, in the other part we have obtained a comfortable landing, 2 bedrooms, a bath and the new room with bathroom and private access from the rear garden.
We would like to underline that all the rooms provided comply with the minimum areas required by law.
Particular attention was paid to the external appearance of the building and the whole arrangement; in particular has been made an open veranda with overhanging roof instead of the porch, it has been inserted a new swimming pool and an arrangement that provides for a sunbathing area and a new floor that complements the existing pergola with the other spaces.
