Concept: the project takes into account the marine context and specific in which the housing unit is inserted, optimizing the large external surface that allows you to enhance the livability of the home, creating a strong interconnection without solution of continuity between open and closed spaces. Basically, the volume of the house stands out the lot in two defined outdoor spaces: one thought to a comfortable dining area, in perfect privacy, the other side completely open to the reception. In the latter area side of the property, there is the vehicle entrance access to the cottage, enabled by an automated gate and a path that leads to a parking area, clearly distinct, and screened from the pool through a barrier of green. In the parking area is installed a laminated wood structure ( type UNOPIU’) with sloping roof on which it is thought a system of photovoltaic panels for the production of energy for domestic use. From the parking area, through a path, that runs along the inner side of the villa, you can reach the area on the opposite side of the house.
From the same car park, with a route highlighted by marks-steps, set in the green, you can access to the main side of the house along the pool and a wall screens the parking area. From here, you open a convenient and representative in the relaxation area. This, divided among a comfortable pool and sunbathing space is complemented by a coveted outdoor shower design, it represents the area where to spend leisure time in the utmost comfort, allowing you and to accommodate guests without interference with the rest of the house. A living area, screened by a pergola made of teak, in which there flows a tent, always in a neutral color, find a comfortable area , furnished with rattan sofas and cushions in cottons, raw and natural colors.
Similarly, are precisely structured around the pool, other relaxation areas: a lounge area synthetic rattan, screen and a sun umbrella squared parallel edge the pool, another one dedicated to the solarium with sun loungers, teak, in addition to a set-up with some handy deck chairs, coral red in color, positioned on the opposite side of the same pool. All together, it integrates, in a context of green and natural materials, such as those provided for the flooring, treated wood, used in the slats, placed in the work-deck of the ship. As well as back matter in the stone earth, using ceramic slate elements 60x120 cm (Graniti di fiandre or Marazzi). The two materials alternate in marking the different areas taking part in the green and giving the whole lot a visual continuity and style. Pergola and furnishings integrate it in context with discretion, simplicity and elegance in the use of natural materials and colours.
The other outdoor area is the area dedicated to the dining area, the barbeque, set in an oasis of green, perfectly functional and independent from the rest of the property. From this side is the pedestrian gate from which there are two distinct paths and highlighted by mark-steps in ipe: one that leads to the dining area, and another at the main entrance of the house and the pool area.
It was the role of the house going to the uniformity of the image of the same, using a stone cladding that fits in elevations finished in white plaster. This solution in addition to mend the image construction of the two units, makes visually, the cottage is a single element of the architecture, where the choice ensures the in addition to the image, even with a protective seal running to the weather and the humidity lifts from the ground, to the quality of the materials designed.
Passing inside the house this has been designed going to make omogene and integrated with the two units. This is achieved through an expansion of the executable with the Floor of the house, going to retrieve a surface, extracted from the portico, you can interconnect the two units as well as to ensure that surface is necessary to realize a third bedroom of type single. The area recovered was calculated according to the parameters provided by the “house plan”.
The flooring choice that is always in staves of wood, IPE', one of the most durable and resistant in the world that is optimal for the realization of floors from both external and domestic ,is expected to cover the floors of the entire house, it follows the continuity desired between the inside and the outside, giving the interior spaces, the idea of extension in the dissolute as well as image. The structural design of the element that constitutes the point of junction between the two units is resolved with the insertion between the two bodies of factory of structural joints used in civil engineering.
The house is designed thinking of a sleeping area and a day one respectively articulated on the two opposite sides of the entrance, see as the fulcrum in the central location of the house.
The sleeping area has three bedrooms, two doubles and one single. All the rooms have their own clothes cabinet, shelves positioned at different heights from the ground to become ground planes in the service of the beds, to the library shelves, until they become floors and a desk. The three bedrooms have windows cut in the wall as the cuts in the painting, creating holes of light, with the prospects in the green. The single room is equipped with a window door, in steel pre-painted brown profile, like all other external fixtures, but provided with armoured glass, designed to be a real entrance for the guy.
At the center of the sleeping area there is a full bathroom with design ceramics a shower of large dimensions in masonry with door in tempered glass, the lining of the walls runs up to about a meter from the floor in bisazza mosaic according to the color of the sea. A second bathroom, smaller in size, is located on the day side with direct access from the outside. This allows you to use it from outside without necessarily having to enter inside of the house. The large outdoor shower complete the outside service for all the needs of guests and hosts.
The furnishings in the rooms will vary in the range of ecru, with spots of color dates in shades of blue and periwinkle.
The living area expresses the maximum integration between the internal and the external, through the large windows that let the view of the green outside in a sort of participation in the visual over that of connective tissue, through all the different possibilities of the steps is guaranteed by doors and windows.
It has been made a part of the cooking and all the accessories, enhancing a cubic sub-window that will host a refrigerator, dishwasher and cabinet recovering spaces for the kitchen. The reference color of the furniture elements has to be coloured in acid green and dark brown, all is accompanied from brushed stainless steel intended for the appliances and for the plane top of the furniture.
In contiguity opens to the living area, furnished with an island equipped composed by a system cotton sofa in pearl gray colour, with a bench equipped with a comfortable seat at the service of the dining table in transparent methacrylate, as well as the design chairs that would otherwise have pastel colours and matt tones.
A wall equipped with hanging elements ( type Lago system)color of ice polished, on the wall of the bottom colour light grey, complete the outfitting of the room.
Ground marks everywhere the wooden floor in slats ipe brazilian, treated, opaque.


Concept: il progetto tiene conto del contesto marino e di quello specifico nel quale l’unità abitativa è inserita, ottimizzando l’ampia superficie esterna che consente di valorizzare la vivibilità della casa stessa, creando una forte interconnessione senza soluzione di continuità tra spazi aperti e chiusi. Sostanzialmente, il volume della casa distingue il lotto in due definiti spazi esterni: uno pensato per una comoda area pranzo in perfetta privacy, l’altro completamente rivolto al ricevimento. In quest’ultimo lato dell’area di proprietà, è presente l ’ingresso carraio di accesso al villino, consentito da un cancello automatizzato e da un percorso che porta ad una zona parking, nettamente distinta e schermata dalla piscina attraverso una barriera a verde. Nell'area a parcheggio è installata una struttura in legno lamellare ( tipo UNOPIU’) con copertura inclinata sulla quale è pensato un sistema di pannelli fotovoltaici per la produzione di energia ad uso domestico. Dal parcheggio, attraverso un percorso che costeggia il lato interno del villino, si può raggiungere direttamente la zona opposta della casa.
Dallo stesso parcheggio, con un percorso sempre evidenziato da segna-passi, incastonati nel verde, si può accedere al lato principale della casa costeggiando la piscina e un muro a schermatura della zona parcheggio. Da qui, si apre una comoda e rappresentativa area relax. Questa, articolata tra una comoda piscina e un spazio solarium, completata da un ambito doccia esterna di design, rappresenta la zona dove vivere il proprio tempo libero nel massimo comfort, consentendo di accogliere ospiti senza interferenze con il resto della casa. Un’area living, schermata da una pergola in teack, nella quale scorre una tenda sempre in colore neutro, individua una confortevole zona , allestita con divani in rattan e cuscini in cotoni crudi e colori naturali.
Analogamente, si articolano proprio intorno alla piscina altre zone relax: una zona salotto in rattan sintetico, schermata da un ombrellone a falda quadrata bordo piscina, un’altra dedicata al solarium con lettini in teack, oltre un allestimento con alcune maneggevoli sdraio, di colore rosso corallo, posizionate sul lato opposto della stessa piscina. Tutto l’insieme si integra in un contesto di verde e materiali naturali, come quelli previsti per le pavimentazioni in legno trattato, utilizzato in doghe, poste in opera a tolda di nave. Cosi come torna la materia nella pietra posta terra, utilizzando la ceramica tipo ardesia in elementi 60 x120 cm (Graniti di fiandre o Marazzi). I due materiali si alternano segnando i diversi ambiti, inserendosi nel verde e dando all'intero lotto una continuità visiva e di stile. Pergolato e arredi si integrano nel contesto con discrezione, sobrietà ed eleganza nell'uso dei materiali e colori naturali.
L’altra area esterna rappresenta la zona dedicata al pranzo, al barbecue, inserita in un’oasi di verde, perfettamente funzionale e indipendente dal resto della proprietà. Da questo lato è presente il cancello pedonale dal quale si svolgono due percorsi distinti e evidenziati da segna-passi in ipe: uno che porta alla zona pranzo, l’altro all'ingresso principale della casa e all'area piscina.
E’ stata ripensata la casa andando a omogenizzare l’immagine della stessa, utilizzando un rivestimento in pietra che si inserisce nei prospetti rifiniti in intonaco bianco. Questa soluzione oltre a ricucire l’immagine costruttiva delle due unità abitative, rende visivamente il villino un unico elemento di architettura, ove la scelta garantisce l’oltre all'immagine, anche una tenuta protettiva alle intemperie e alla umidità di risalita da terra, per qualità dei materiali pensati.
Passando all'interno della casa anche questa è stata pensata andando a rendere omogenee ed integrate le due unità abitative. Questo risultato è ottenuto attraverso un ampliamento eseguibile con il Piano casa, che andando a recuperare una superficie, sottraendola dal porticato, consente di interconnettere le due unità abitative oltre a garantire quella superficie necessaria per realizzare una terza stanza da letto del tipo singola. La superficie recuperata è stata calcolata secondo i parametri previsti dal “piano casa”.
Anche la pavimentazione scelta sempre in doghe di legno IPE', uno dei più durevoli e resistenti al mondo, ottimale nella realizzazione di pavimenti da sia esterno che per uso domestico ,è prevista per rivestire il pavimento dell’intera casa, consegue la continuità voluta tra dentro e fuori dando agli spazi interni l’idea di estensione in dissoluta cosi come d’immagine. A livello costruttivo l’elemento che costituisce il punto di giunzione tra le due unità abitative è risolto con l’inserimento tra i due corpi di fabbrica di giunti strutturali utilizzati nell'ambito dell’ingegneria civile.
La casa è progettata pensando ad una zona notte ed una giorno che si articolano rispettivamente sui due lati opposti di un ingresso quale fulcro in posizione centrale della casa.
La zona notte è provvista di tre camere da letto, due matrimoniali ed una singola. Tutte le camere hanno i propri cabinet abiti, dei piani d’appoggio che posizionati a diverse altezze da terra diventano da piani d’appoggio a servizio dei letti, a mensole libreria, fino a tradursi in piani scrittoio. Le tre stanze da letto godono di finestre tagliate nella muratura come tagli in un quadro, creando delle asole di luce con prospettive nel verde. La stanza singola è dotata di una porta finestra, in profilo in acciaio pre-verniciato testa di moro, come tutti gli altri infissi esterni, provvista però di vetro blindato, atta ad essere un vero e proprio ingresso indipendente per il ragazzo.
Al centro della zona notte è posizionato un bagno completo con ceramiche …. Una doccia in muratura con anta in cristallo temprato di ampie dimensioni, il rivestimento delle pareti corre fino a circa un metro da terra in mosaico bisazza riprendendo i colori marini. Un secondo bagno di dimensioni più contenute è posto sul lato giorno con accesso diretto dall'esterno. Questo consente di servirsene da fuori senza dover necessariamente entrare all'interno della casa. L’ampia doccia esterna completa il servizio esterno per tutte le esigenze sia degli ospiti che dei padroni di casa.
I complementi d’arredo nelle stanze, varieranno nella gamma dell’ecru’, con macchie di colore date nei toni dell’azzurro e del pervinca.
La zona giorno esprime il massimo dell’integrazione tra l’interno e gli esterni, attraverso le ampie finestrature che lasciano la visione del verde esterno in una sorta di partecipazione visiva oltre che di connettivo, attraverso le diverse possibilità dei passaggi garantite dalle porte finestre.
E’ stato realizzato un ambito cottura completo di tutti gli accessori, valorizzando una cubatura sottofinestra che ospiterà frigorifero, lavastoviglie e cabinet recuperando spazi a favore della cucina. Il riferimento cromatico degli elementi d’arredo, si prevede in un colore verde acido e testa di moro, accompagnato dall'acciaio spazzolato previsto per gli elettrodomestici a vista e per il piano d’appoggio quale top dei mobili.
In contiguità si apre l’area living allestita con un’isola attrezzata composta da un sistema divano in cotone grigio perla, con una spalliera dotata di una comoda seduta a servizio del tavolo pranzo in metacrilato trasparente, cosi come le sedie di design che diversamente avranno colori pastello e tonalità opaca.
Una parete attrezzata con elementi sospesi ( tipo ditta Lago)color ghiaccio lucido, su una parete di fondo color grigio chiaro, completa l’allestimento della stanza.
A terra ricorre ovunque il pavimento in legno a doghe in ipé brasiliano, trattato opaco.
