Il progetto ha tenuto conto delle richieste della committenza e per questo si è optato per una scelta di design funzionale ma contemporaneo prediligendo i colori chiari e naturali per dare maggiore luce agli ambienti, soprattutto quelli mansardati. Il progetto prevede al piano quarto d’ingresso, la realizzazione di un’area servizi comprendente la lavanderia/stireria e il bagno adiacente, accessibili attraverso un corridoio con un’ampia armadiatura guardaroba che ci porta ad una stanza con molteplici funzioni, sia da studio per le passioni della fotografia e della musica del cliente che poi si può trasformare comodamente in una camera per ospitare figli e amici. Di fatto non c’è una netta separazione tra il piano inferiore e superiore perché l’ingresso è comune a tutte e due le aree e può essere sfruttato come zona di relax.Al piano superiore si è deciso di spostare la collocazione del bagno, dove era previsto il guardaroba, quindi adiacente alla zona soggiorno, ed allargare la superficie per ottenere un bel bagno ampio e luminoso. Da qui attraverso un disimpegno si accede direttamente alla camera da letto e alla attigua cabina armadio. Nella camera si è optato di disporre il letto nella parte più bassa della falda sotto il velux, realizzando posteriormente delle armadiature o cassettoni su misura per sfruttare al meglio lo spazio.La zona del soggiorno è piuttosto ampia e soprattutto molto luminosa e collegata direttamente con la zona pranzo e la cucina che di fatto risulta un unico ambiente. Anche nella zona pranzo si prevede la realizzazione di mobili su misura nella parte più bassa e l’apertura di una porta per sfruttare anche la parte più bassa del sottotetto come ripostiglio. Infine l’ampio terrazzo può essere sfruttato sia per le belle giornate di sole come solarium che come area per accogliere amici e parenti per grigliate o barbeque.

The project took into account the demands of clients and why they opted for a functional design choice but contemporary preferring light and natural colors to give more light to the rooms, especially the attic. The project includes the quarter-floor entrance, the construction of a service area including laundry / ironing room and the adjoining bathroom, accessed through a hallway with a large wardrobe closet that leads to a room with multiple functions, both Shot for the passions of photography and the music score which can later be easily transformed into a room to accommodate children and friends. In fact there is a clear separation between the lower and upper floor because the entrance is common to both areas and can be exploited as a relax.Al upstairs area it was decided to move the location of the bathroom, where had expected the wardrobe, then adjacent to the living area, and enlarge the surface to get a nice bathroom spacious and bright. From here through a hallway leads directly to the bedroom and adjoining dressing room. In the room it was decided to place the bed in the lower part of the aquifer under the velux, making the back of closets or drawers tailored to make the most of spazio.La the seating area is quite large and above all very bright and connected directly with the dining area and kitchen which in fact is a unique environment. Even in the dining area it involves the construction of the lower part fitted furniture and the opening of a door to also take advantage of the lower part of the attic as storage. Finally the large terrace can be used both for beautiful sunny days as solarium that as an area to accommodate friends and family barbecue or barbeque
