As we have discovered, you need a brighter, cozy, more open and welcoming space for the new face of your house. So, we have demolished more walls in the ground floor. The one-meter-decorative duct is removed too, in order to provide a bigger entrance for the kitchen and dining area. Besides, we have decorated and actually redesigned the stairs, which is the most impressive part of the house especially at the first glance. In fact, the stair is modernized which is transparent and “SAFE”.
• As requested, the parquet in the first and second floors is extended into the ground floor too. We don’t have enough information if exactly the same parquet is available for you or not, so we have suggested a similar one in the finishes list.
• To create a natural space, we have added a white-brick touch which is decorative too, and those hanged lights and shelves make the space more useful and cozier.
• As we cannot relocate the fireplace because of the chimney, we have only orbited it to a rectangular one which burns wood. Woods are placed just beside the fireplace which are easy to use and decorative. As mentioned, a TV which turns with an arm, can be hanged on the fireplace, facing the living room.
• The kitchen is redesigned to a bigger one which hosts more guests and has a beautiful cozy bench in the corner. Through the design, we have placed an extendable dining table which can host more people in special occasions. Besides, the bench plays an important role here. It hosts 4 people and provides them a different experience.
• In the first floor the walls are a little bit aligned to create a bigger hall and a clear access to the bedrooms, bathrooms and upper floor. Besides, children’s bedrooms are designed with a touch of color on some walls. The bathrooms are renovated as requested, having double sinks, toilets and bidets, shower, bathtub, mirrors and lights. (The “Round Mirror” in Bath 1 can be very impressive.)
• The stair with the same character leads to the second floor, in which a big guest room, bathroom and closet exist.
• The basement floor is divided into two parts. Storage, boiler room and laundry, bathroom are opened into a corridor which leads to the “home gym” with a touch of color. The professional-designed gym motivates the family members spending healthy time and having fun. Other facilities like TV, bathroom, bench and lockers/closet are considered as well.
