My proposal seeks to make the most of the advantages that the current house has by making the least possible changes,

On the ground floor level we have the main room remodeled with a large window that overlooks the garden, the use and aesthetics of the fireplace were improved, creating a bookcase on one side.

The bathroom was changed to a central location in order to obtain the largest kitchen that the space allows. With a direct connection to the dining room, all spaces have ventilation and natural lighting.

On the first level, a rearrangement of secondary walls was carried out to create a complete master room with walking closet, and 2 rooms with specific characteristics for the children of the family.

In the basement, all the spaces that the client requested were created plus a play area which has enough space for a game table.

Finally in the attic we have what is the guest room which works practically as a master room, with its walking closet and main bathroom.

This is a beautiful property which we believe with our design will further enhance the interior and exterior experience. And together with the interior dyspnea, a homogeneous experience is created between a modern and traditional style.
