To ensure optimum space use, a wodden removable mezzanine, supporting the night area, has been placed at a height that makes possible, from upstairs, to also reach the rear part of the space behind the 4.20 meters high portal.
For the same reason, the stairs to access this mezzanine are of the alternate steps kind, and the space below them has been equipped with shelves and bookcases. the same structure hides some of the pillars that bear the mezzanine weight.
The rest of the upper mezzanine floor, on two levels, is sustained by metal beams anchored to the bearing walls, and the two levels are connected via another small alternate steps wooden staircase anchored to the structures by a central metal section bar.
Downstairs the metallic slabs have a bleached wooden plank finishing, like some of the pillars and wooden beams.

The second entrance area has a big closet, half of which can be used as a laundry closet placing a reduced depth washing machine, along with a small but functional bathroom,
