REQUESTS
The clients' requests includes: living room and kitchen in one room, three bedrooms, one double and two for two children, two bathrooms and closets rooms.
PROJECT
The flat, rectangular faces outward along two walls. The other sides bordering other building units. Here they are placed the utility room, the second bathroom and the master bathroom whose location is kept even by changing the distribution. BATHROOMS
The project involves the insertion of two bathrooms with access from the hallway dividing them into master bathroom and bathroom for guests. RICHIESTE

Le richieste della committenza prevedeva: living e cucina in unico ambiente, tre camere da letto, una matrimoniale e due per due figli, due bagni e locali ripostigli.

PROGETTO

L’appartamento, a pianta rettangolare, si affaccia verso l’esterno lungo due pareti. Gli altri lati confinano con altre unità immobiliari. La conformazione dello stesso ha portato, come prima considerazione , il collocamento dei vani servizio e di distribuzione lungo il lato cieco . Qui sono collocati il ripostiglio, il secondo bagno e il bagno padronale la cui collocazione è mantenuta seppur modificandone la distribuzione. La collocazione di questi vani permette di giocare, seppur con qualche limitazione, con la distribuzione dei vani principali lungo il perimetro dell’appartamento aeroilluminato. Il problema dell’aeroilluminazione si pone soprattutto per le camere da letto, le due singole, che nel progetto sono mantenute nella posizione attuale. Maggiore illuaio sarà pero’ garantita dal posizionamento, tra le due camere, un’ampia parete trasparente per mezzo di una lastra di vetro ( o piu’ lastre accostate senza telaio) tra le due camere. La stessa, per la privacy, soprattutto negli anni futuri, vista la giovane età dei ragazzi, potrà essere mascherata con tende o con vetro opacizzato.
Particolare attenzione è stata posta per la zona living e ingresso. Mascherare questa zona significherebbe oscurare la zona ingresso che invece meriterebbe maggior risalto.
Il consigli è quello di trasferire la zona cucina sul lato opposto. In questo caso otterremo ampia zona dedicata alla preparazione dei cibi e al pranzo nascosta alla vista dall’ingresso ma nello stesso tempo facente parte dell’area living. Lo scarico dei fumi , obbligatoriamente collegati alla canna di esalazione esistente, e delle acque è tecnicamente possibile attraverso l’utilizzo di un piccolo e semplice impianto meccanico dove l’unità centrale sarà posta sotto lavello. Una controsoffittatura , che regalerà un gioco di volumi all’interno della zona giorno, nasconderà le tubazioni . Una piastra ad induzione eliminerà il pericolo del gas in casa. Nel caso pero’ si voglia comunque utilizzare questo tipo di alimentazione sarà possibile far correre la tubazione del gas in controsoffitto o a pavimento seguendo le indicazioni di legge ( incamiciamento della tubazione , percorso segnalato ecc) .

Quello che si ottiene è uno spazio allargato sino alla zona ingresso nella quale si potranno collocare armadiature, scaffali o librerie.

ARREDO

L’arredo indicato nel progetto è puramente indicativo prediligendo, come progettista, la distribuzione degli spazi mirati ad un’architettura realizzata dagli spazi lasciando la possibilità di scelta ai fruitori . Sarà pertanto possibile inserire parte degli arredi posseduti. Nella zona cucina , ad esempio, è collocabile, di fronte alla parete finestrata, i mobili cucina posseduti inserendo una base sul lato d’angolo a completare quest’area.
Per la camera da letto matrimoniale sconsigli l’inserimento dell’angolo a cabina armadio perche’ ingombrante e limitativo degli spazi d’uso. E’ preferibile invece un armadio a 6 ante e l’inserimento di una cassettiera sotto finestra.

BAGNI
Il progetto prevede l’inserimento di due bagni entrambi con accesso dal disimpegno suddividendoli tra bagno padronale e bagno anche per ospiti. Il bagno padronale è collocato nella stessa posizione dell’attuale modificandone pero’ la superficie per una migliore distribuzione e utilizzo degli spazi. Questo locale sarà caratterizzato da un ampio mobile basso ( circa 3 mt) o ripiano che nasconderà una lavatrice ed un’asciugatrice. Nell’angolo piu’ remoto è posta una ampia zona doccia incassata.

Il secondo bagno avrà dimensioni piu’ contenute ma anch’esso caratterizzato da una doccia a nicchia separata da lastra di cristallo.
