It was fun working on the project, the planning has been done keeping in mind the functionality and the aesthetics of the space. I have co converted the floor into 2 Apartments one is a 2BHK apartment whereas the other one is a 1BHK. The reason for not converting the other into 2BHK is the space the rooms could have been really small in size and no proper function could have been solved. The kitchens are open kitchen keeping the kitchen island in vision which will act as a dining space for the family with some ceiling mounted pendant lights segregating it from the rest of the spaces. I have tried to keep the house more into whites as the rooms and space appear to be big when in white. A minimal amount of demolition has been done for cost-effective execution on site. I have tried to submit all possible views so you get a better picture of the space and its planning, Please read and see all the attached drawings carefully. Also, I have attached an RCP that is the reflected ceiling plan along with this submission so lighting and fixing locations of lights won't be a problem during execution. Happy home designing.
