The focus of this renovation proposal was to design and project spaces as much as possible comfortable and functional, searching for the best possible solution between both features, as per customer requirements. The house is now divided in two distinct parts: living and sleeping area. The large entrance is equipped with a spacious wardrobe for shoes, jackets and accessories.
From this area you can access to the spacious laundry, with enough space for laundry machine, dryer machine, pantry, other storages and cellar, to the small service bathroom or to the master bedroom.
This rooms are screened by a curved wall that became an important architectural element in the house. In the alternative project proposal for the service area there are instead more regular and geometric spaces, but the functions remain basically the same; there is not the third wc but the laundry and the master bedroom’s closet are a little wider.
The master bedroom has a large double closet, all the necessary amenities and direct access to the private bathroom. This master bathroom is comfortable and spacious. It has two sinks, a large shower, wc and bidet.
From the entrance you leads to the core, the heart of the house made up of the large living area with sofas area, kitchen and dining area, all connected with the balcony.
This cozy living area has sofa, armchair, coffee table, a spacious dining table for 4-6 people and a large bookshelf along the entire wall. The spacious and functional kitchen is connected to the living area and it is equipped with a large work surface. From the right side of the kitchen you can reach the other part of the house. In this part there are a comfortable guest bedroom with a sofa bed and large closets, an elegant and quiet studio and a guest bathroom with shower, sink and wc.
The living area can be coated with an oak parquet. The bathrooms and the laundry area can be coated with stylish ceramic tiles, as you can see in the furniture scheme. For the bedrooms is suggested the oak parquet. Each part of the house has been tastefully designed with elegant design pieces: tables, sofas, chairs, lamps, both modern and cozy.
