The project gives a response to the client requirements by creating all the spaces needed.
The services are grouped so the arrangement in plan is clear, separating the service areas from the private and the common spaces.
The kitchen is independent from the living, having the option to eat in it on a breakfast table. This way, the possible noise and smell does not contaminate the living area.
All the spaces are independent from each other, so there is no need to walk through the living to get any of the rooms. The master bedroom is located at the end of the apartment, giving it more privacy.
The double entrance to the living generates an open circular path which makes the spaces more interesting.
All the circulation spaces provide storage areas requested by the client.
