Thank you for this great project, I will explain the design proposal that I submitted, hopefully it matches what you want.
ground floor :
on the ground floor I tried to consider an effective and relevant floor plan location as you can see in the attachment.
In this project I created a natural and warm home atmosphere with touches of white and wooden textures, we can see a living room with a sofa, table and television, as well as a bookshelf where books or decorations can be placed, besides that there is a kitchen which has an island with chairs, my consideration for using an island is to make the room more efficient so that it looks spacious and not too crowded.
In the office space, the atmosphere created is warm and natural, with bookshelves and work desks and work chairs, located at the end of the house with glass doors that allow light to enter perfectly and can improve the mood at work.
In the bedroom there is a bed, television and wardrobe. The bed is not too big but quite comfortable because the consistent design concept creates a warm and natural space, and there is a bathroom complete with shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
First floor :
On the first floor there is a bedroom which is placed in a position facing directly to the top window, so that the bed gets maximum sunlight, with a relaxing chair, television and also a wardrobe, and in this area there is a bathroom which has facilities. which is complete, as well as a laundry room in this area with the consideration that it is not difficult to unload clothes, which is basically assumed by the homeowner to place this room as the main bedroom.
exterior & basement:
there are significant changes to the terrace/balcony on the ground floor which has new stairs as well as removing several existing stairs, and to enter the basement area, the position of the stairs has been changed as I attached, by looking at the rendering I attached you can imagine how the basement will look like when it is in do renovations.
