Hello dear customer ,
We are very grateful for our participation in the competition , hope you like our design.

From the first contact with the project I noticed that the following instructions must be respected:
- Respect for the client's wishes and enhancement of the existing building.
- the use of natural and sustainable materials.
- give a warm japandi style to the house.

so I decided to use natural materials which gave me the warm aspect to the apartment and which guaranteed harmony with the outdoor green space , the fireplace was also a main element to the project .
I changed the location of the front door to have an entrance to the living room and the dining room, on the right we find the guest bathroom with a separate laundry room and we also have the guest bedroom with a built-in dressing room, opposite there is the L-shaped kitchen with an island and of course food storage, the office is in the second room with a large window, upstairs we have the suite with separate dressing room and bathroom and the large bedroom.
For the windows I kept the existing windows.
