My idea for this apartment is to create functional and pleasant environment. The need for demolition and reconstruction has been limited as much as possible, and the location of drains has been respected to save on renovation costs.
The girl's bedroom is now situated where the kitchen used to be, and the kitchen is now near living space. In this way, the bedroom offers more privacy and direct access to the balcony. Kitchen and living room are connected giving in this way sense of breath and continuity (especially in the second variant). The windows and glass door bring more natural light into the living space and kitchen, while also allowing for air ventilation.
The main color tones are white and light grey to brighten up the apartment, with the touch of wood and green color.
