I hope I made a good answering project to your main idea to keep the living area as an"open space". What I strived to do here is to make all areas of the home nicely connected-visualy and functionaly. As a result we have a kitchen, a living and eating area as one big space, not separated with any walls or visual boundarys. This big internal space is also in a good visual and functional conection another very big and important space of the apartment-the spacious terrace. I gave you here my overall solution for the big terace but In my opinion it should be an object of more in deep analysis and one very elaborated design project, because it has enormous value and it should be used as a speciall point that adds a special value to the whole apartment, wether it is going to be lived in, sold or rented.
