The main concept of the design is to create a contiguous living space to create a more interactive environment and reconfigurable space. Spaces were configured to match the current configuration of the office to the needs of the client for residential purposes. The outdoor living area was so designed to protect itself from the direct rays of the afternoon sun by means of wooden louver wall yet still allowing cross-ventilation in the space.

Wood textures and earth colors are the main motifs of the design contrasting with white/light colored furniture matched with dramatic lighting to highlight the shape and volume of the apartment. Overall, the design is clean and simple yet so elegant.
