Hello we are Elena, Umberto and the little Sofia. In this moment we live in a flat of 90 mq and we ave decided to expand our house with the adjoining flat: in this way we would have 180 mq to create the home of our dreams, plus a terrace of 120 mq where we would like to create a veranda. For this reason we think that we will remake the interior spaces and all systems.
We love to be surrounded by so many people and we love dinners with friends, for this reason we prefer bright, spacious rooms and modern style. My husband is an engineer, he often works at home, for this reason he needs to office where he can work in peace. I am a journalist and I would need a workstation but perfectly integrated in linving to work keeping everything under control. We need to have 3/4 bedrooms. In our room there will be a bathroom and walk-in closet. The sleeping area’s bathroom should have a large shower. The living area’s bathroom will be for guests. he kitchen must be connected to the living area with a sliding door which if necessary will make them seem united. The kitchen, strictly “island”, will be very large. The house will have two entrances to create one main and one service. Our idea is to use the service entrance to go directly to a storage area where we will put even, washer and dryer. We love the old video game console that we would like to put in a playroom.
As said before, we would like to create a veranda which will occupy part of our balcony to get a room where our daughter can play and where to make the parties with friends.
