Description

Dear Client,
Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this project.

Here are my design processes and ideas applied to both Lot 9 and Lot 10 :

1. I redesigned the existing proposed floor plan. Toilet and Bath location is retained for the reason of the difficulty to adjust the plumbing fittings during the actual construction. I added a glass partition at the shower area so that the water will not splash into adjacent fixtures, adding also an advantage of the water closet can still be used even if someone is using the shower.

2. For the Master Bedroom, for the partition, I used a clear glass at the top portion so that natural light can still come in during the daytime and an obscure glass for the main portion to provide obscured vision for privacy purposes.

3. For the main room, I combined the Living area, Kitchen, and counter which will serve as a dining table. Through this approach, it will make the area wider because of open planning.

4. For the home store area, on Lot 9 , a possible Office set-up was used for the possibility of the home office by the tenant or buyer. On Lot 10, a book shop was considered, I also added reading counters and an artificial turf grass carpet where people will enjoy reading books while feeling at home at the shop. This is for the possibility of a bookshop to let people rent books and read it at the shop also.

5. For the overall motif of the interiors, I retained the brick wall design similar to the upper floors to maintain harmony with the entire building motif.

I have provided a key plan at the rendered views for your reference.
Thank you so much!

Best regards,
