Briefing

Industrial style, simple and cost efficient fit out allowing modification at a later date. Plantings and greenery in winter garden. Suggest options for shop at the front that look appealing: Small book store, craft/plant shop, retro record shop. Note that there are two separate spaces to address.

I am seeking internal design options for Lot 9 and Lot 10. Page 2 of pdf shows one option for internal design options. Shop or studio section could be larger. These designs are to be used for marketing and to provide suggestions to potential purchasers of the space. Key things i am looking for:
- Simple/cost effective fit out
- Minimal yet stylish design
- Refit of bathroom
- Vary layout of internal area
- Minimal windows so design needs to consider light coming in through shop front, glazing/curtain type design between shop and apartment
- To be used by buyer to run a business and to live in the space
- Each space can sohnw a different application
- False ceiling can be changed
- Ceiling height 2.7m
