In the shop you could:
1_Choose a grown plant in a pot.
2_Choose a blossom of the plant you like and put it in a pot you like thanks to a table with topsoil and scoops.
3_Choose seeds you like and seed it in a pot you like on the table.
Shop’s furniture is made by very cheap materials : hollow brick and rough Wood boards.
At the entrance you find shelves displaying handcrafted pots and a front desk for the worker.
On the right you find the table to “build” your plant and tree displays with Plants in pots on the top and blossoms on the lower part.
Separation between shop and apartment is made by a translucent material in a wood frame, to provide natural light to the apartment.
For this wall, depending from the Budget, you can choose between:
-Alveolar polycarbonate (cheapest solution)
-Frosted glass (medium solution)
-Glass bricks (high standard solution)
APARTMENT_
The apartment is composed by:
-OPEN SPACE LIVING ROOM, 37,21 SQ meters
It is dived in two zones, kitchen and dining and lounge zone
The kitchen has just low modules with basin, cooking plate and oven, except for the tall fridge, to aloud natural light pass from the back wall made in glass bricks , translucent and water proof material.
A large table alouds up to 10 guests to sit.
On the other side a sofa, 2 armchairs and a furniture on the wall with a bioethanol chymney, two bookshelves and space for a big tv screen. A bar cabinet on a side.
From a door you enter a storage room for food and cleaning materials separeted from a translucent wall.

BOOK-ly_ Concept book shop, to sell aproximately 100 titles, selected from best Sellers or award winning books, 32,71 SQ meters.
Four displays show the books emphatizing the cover thanks to inclined surfaces.
On the lower part of the displays cabinets with doors to store books copyies.
The back wall invites you to “Keep calm and read some lines” sitting on one of the two armchairs with lamps.
Shop’s furniture is made by laminated plywood as the fornt desk for the worker and the big high cabinet for storage behind the desk
