We present our design proposal for the apartment and office, in accordance with your space requirements. The office has a meeting room, work room, and bathroom, with a laundry machine and drying machine inserted in the bathroom. The apartment has three main rooms, with the master bedroom having its own bathroom and walk-in closet. The bathrooms and the kitchen are positioned near the existing piping system. We hope the design fits your requirements.
