This was amazing project with lot of possibilities. Office area is divided in entry foyer, waiting then common washroom and work room with conference room. This way office area gets all the spaces divided with proper light ventilation and enough amount of space for movement.
For the house area, I have given the entrance foyer with bench and storage for coats and shoes so that residents don't have to carry inside the house. Then House is divided in three main parts, on the left from common area is two bedrooms for children and common washroom keeping the original balcony as it is. Then middle part is kitchen with island and balcony. Here kitchen is kept near balcony to have good amount of light and ventilation. In that rectangular part is living room with big tv unit and storage. Third part is the master bedroom on right side with walk-in closet and washroom.
In second option washroom and closet are aligned to create study.
It was effort to distribute the space according to the need with good amount of circulation and light, ventilation.
