La soluzione proposta comprende tutte le esigenze richieste. All'ingresso dell'appartamento si immagina una grande parete rivestita in legno (o colorata o rivestita con carta da parati) identificata in blu, che racchiude lo spogliatoio, la scarpiera e che rigiri coprendo il grande armadio zona tv. Si immagina un effetto scenico.. dove il solido sia d'impatto ma allo stesso tempo racchiuda le funzioni richieste.
A seguire il Bagno ospiti con vasca quasi quadrata in fondo e comodo antibagno con doppio lavandino. L?ampio ingresso si apre verso il living con angolo cottura nascosto ma con isola rivolta verso l'esterno, e la zona Tv con divano. La zona notte è ben compartimentata con le 3 camere da letto, la cabina armadio per la matrimoniale, il comodo bagno.
Data la vicinanza con gli scarichi del bagno zona notte e del bagnetto demolito dell'ufficio si è pensato di recuperare un piccolo bagno di servizio, che può essere sostituito con un comodo ripostiglio secondo le esigenze.
Per l'ufficio si comincia con la sala riunioni, ed infine la demolizione del bagnato amplia la vecchia cucina diventando sala operativa. Si sono incrementate le librerie Billy nella diverse pareti.
