Il progetto riguarda la ristrutturazione interna di un appartamento inserito in contesto condominiale

Nel predisporre il progetto si è tenuto conto delle richieste avanzate dal cliente.
Il progetto prevede la completa demolizione delle murature interne ad eccezione dei pilastri e delle murature portanti.
Vengono proposte tre soluzioni con differente distribuzione della zona giorno, mentre le camere e i bagni sono uguali.

Soluzione A:
Ingresso, sul lato este dell’appartamento troviamo il soggiorno con inserito l’angolo studio e la cucina abitabile divisa da parete e porta scorrevole.
L’ingresso è aperto e si vede il primo disimpegno dove si affacciano le due camere singole, il ripostiglio, la lavanderia ed il bagno. Nella zona Nord-Est è collocata la camera matrimoniale accessoriata da cabina armadio e da bagno ad uso esclusivo.
Come richiesto dal cliente sono stati inseriti nell’appartamento vari armadi a muro da utilizzare, come armadi, guardaroba, scarpiere.
Tutti gli ambienti sono dotati di finestra ad esclusione della lavanderia e del ripostiglio.
Soluzione B:
Ingresso, sul lato este dell’appartamento troviamo il soggiorno con inserito l’angolo studio e la cucina abitabile divisa da parete e porta scorrevole.
L’ingresso è diviso dalla zona notte e servizi.
Anche questa soluzione prevede due camere singole situate sul lato ovest, un bagno di servizio, una camera matrimoniale accessoriata da cabina armadio e bagno ad uso esclusivo, lavanderia e ripostiglio.
Tutti gli ambienti sono dotati di finestra ad esclusione della lavanderia e del ripostiglio.
Soluzione C:
La soluzione C e sostanzialmente come la soluzione A con la cucina aperta sul soggiorno
Anche la soluzione B può essere realizzata con la cucina aperta sul soggiorno.

The project concerns the internal renovation of an apartment inserted in a condominium context

In preparing the project, the requests made by the customer were taken into account.
The project involves the complete demolition of the internal walls with the exception of the pillars and load-bearing walls.
Three solutions are proposed with different distribution of the living area, while the bedrooms and bathrooms are the same.

Solution A:
Entrance, on the east side of the apartment we find the living room with the study corner and the eat-in kitchen divided by a wall and sliding door.
The entrance is open and you can see the first hallway which overlooks the two single bedrooms, the closet, the laundry room and the bathroom. In the North-East area there is the double bedroom equipped with a walk-in closet and a bathroom for exclusive use.
As requested by the customer, various built-in wardrobes were placed in the apartment to be used, such as wardrobes, wardrobes, shoe racks.
All the rooms have a window with the exception of the laundry room and the closet.
Solution B:
Entrance, on the east side of the apartment we find the living room with the study corner and the eat-in kitchen divided by a wall and sliding door.
The entrance is divided from the sleeping area and services.
This solution also includes two single bedrooms located on the west side, a service bathroom, a double bedroom equipped with a walk-in closet and bathroom for exclusive use, laundry and storage room.
All the rooms have a window with the exception of the laundry room and the closet.
Solution C:
Solution C is basically the same as solution A with the kitchen open to the living room
Solution B can also be created with the kitchen open to the living room.
