For the reconstruction of the apartment it is thought that the style will be neoclassical while preserving the valuable elements of the apartment such as parquet and marble flooring. Structural interventions will be minimal to enable the preservation of as many elements of the existing structure as possible. The apartment will be divided into two spaces, the living area and the night area. Both of these spaces will be connected to each other by the red marble entry lobby. The living area will be organized living room and kitchen and dining room. This space will have a bathroom equipped with a shower. The living room has the existing chimney at the center of the composition, the sides of the wall will have a modern design with abstract geometric shapes and on it will be modern paintings with solid colors. The interplay between antique and modern will be visible everywhere in the apartment. A 4k tv will be placed on the chimney. On the other side of the room will be a double sliding door that connects to the kitchen. The door will have classic white and transparent glass motifs. The door frame will be marble-lined and with a light bar hidden in its corners. A library full of books and decorations will be built on both sides of the frame, lighting will be an important part of the library and the entire apartment. The kitchen will be modern dark in color and the cooking plan and back splash will be white marble. In the center of the room will be a cooking island that will be extended to become a natural wooden dining table. The toilet will be on the side of the kitchen.
The night area will connect the 3 bedrooms to the bathroom. Rooms will be 2 singles for children and one matrimonial. All rooms will have a wardrobe wall, TVs facing the desk and a work desk or study. The toilet will be made up of two environments. The primary space will have a washer and a closet dryer for the laundry and two sinks that give the space the character of a bathroom. L'interazione tra antico e moderno sarà visibile ovunque nell'appartamento. Una tv 4k verrà posizionata sul camino. Dall'altro lato della stanza ci sarà una doppia porta scorrevole che si collega alla cucina. La porta avrà classici motivi in vetro bianco e trasparente. Il telaio della porta sarà rivestito in marmo e con una barra luminosa nascosta negli angoli. Una biblioteca piena di libri e decorazioni sarà costruita su entrambi i lati della cornice, l'illuminazione sarà una parte importante della biblioteca e dell'intero appartamento. La cucina avrà un moderno colore scuro e il piano di cottura e la parte posteriore saranno in marmo bianco. Al centro della stanza ci sarà un'isola di cottura che verrà estesa per diventare un tavolo da pranzo in legno naturale. La toilette sarà sul lato della cucina.
La zona notte collegherà le 3 camere da letto al bagno. Le camere saranno 2 singole per bambini e una matrimoniale. Tutte le camere saranno dotate di armadio a muro, TV rivolta verso la scrivania e scrivania o studio. La toilette sarà composta da due ambienti.
