Description

The new apartment layout is showing a home where people can relax, gather together and hide away after a long working day. The private areas (bedrooms and family bathroom) and the semi-private areas ( where guests can visit) are clearly seperated without having too many changes in the layout and with the walls. The main focus is on the axis of the entrance, where kitchen relaxing area (box) and living room is opening up and creates a semi public area. This is where family sits together, and where guests are invited. In the middle, the relaxing boy is a lightweight element with transparent glass facades and potential, which is a centric but at the same time closed space, where parents could hide away, listen music, read, watch tv, but they could also look after the kids at the same time. The unit of guest bathroom, turkish hamam and mini gym could create another hide away point in the flat. Besides being a bathroom, this could function as a mini spa. The clear seperation of semi public areas (livingroom, kitchen guest bathroom) and the bedrooms are a request from the client, and with the new layout it has clear visual and better aqustical division either with door, or without door. The playing room (with biliard, table tennis and/or dinning table unit) got place in the 1st bedroom, because it is directly connected with the livingroom, so private area could stay private. The two bedrooms which are at the furthest part of the apartment, and the family bathroom has not changed in matter of size, or openings. The new plan of the bathroom lets a better and wider space. Style and materials in kitchen, bathroom, relaxing area, and living room are representing a timeless design instead of contemporary decoration. For furter information please read the description on the plan layouts. ( The two option is slightly different ) (HFCP-Home for creative people)
