Description

The main objective was to retain as many walls and furniture as possible to cut down the overall cost of the renovation.Starting from the entrance, there is a comfortable foyer provided with a coat room and a corner shelf for the necessary items to be disposed while entering the house. To the right of the foyer , the second entrance is walled in . to give a spacious space .Between the foyer and the dining there is a wooden vertical partition that act as a barrier between the two.Dining is connected by the kitchen and the guest washroom. On the left of the entrance,is the living room area furnished by reusing the current furniture's and a addition of wall piano.
A partition wall separates the living space and the gym/relaxation space, by just sliding the partition the living can extend into a larger space(continuous flow of space).
The relaxation/gym room has a opening with an direct eye view of kitchen and vice versa .The master bedroom in the south west has a closet which open towards the bedroom unlike the previous plan, it also has a small tv unit,a study and a dressing table.
The kids bedroom has bunk beds, a study place and a play area provided. For the future expansion ,the gym/relaxation space next to living room can be converted into a single bedroom for the kids when they come of age.
Thank you.
