I have two plan suggestions for you. At first, I had located the office on the north side because ıt was the best plan sheme in my opinion. But then I saw your wish about having bedroom on the north side of the apartment. So, I have designed another one, in case.
I want to explain my initial design. Kitchen, dining area and living room are located on the north side of the building as desired. A gas fireplace is located in between dining area and living room. Living room has both TV (on the west wall) and projection screen (on the south wall). So both of them can be used in comfort of your sectional sofa by just changing direction that you looked. Another scene valued space is primary office. It would be very seminal and delighted to work on the desk looking that gorgeous scene. Additionally, the wet spaces are located on the area that was used as kitchen and bathrooms formerly. Just the kitchen is placed on the north side upon your request. By this means, sanitrit usage could be kept limited. Master bedroom has its own bathroom because it’s thought as the most convenient way. On the other hand, secondary office corner is located in the guest bedroom to make this space more in use.
