It has been a pleasure working on this project, though it was quiet challenging. A few explanations about the structure of the project:
1. Every Plan or Board has the explanations related to its content.
2. Since a lot of layers of information goes into the the Floor Plan, it is divided in 3 separate plans, Furniture Plan, Spatial Plan and Dimension Plan to better spread the information visually as well as to have more sheet space for the descriptions and highlights. Only then I continue with the other more specific plans.
3. I have explored several Versions of the project, but 2 Versions are here fully presented in plans the represent the best solutions according to their objectives. Version 2 that fulfills all the client expectations and Version 1 that I also take into consideration spatial fluidity and circulation, together with functions optimal size in relation to the apartment. I propose Version 1 as a more balanced, functional and beautiful solution by the esthetical potential as well as spatial circulation.
4. I do a diagram with a comparison of the PRO & CONS of each Version to make better clear the arguments for Version 1.
5. So I have continued with Version 1 with the Ceiling Plan study, where I have also found 2 possible solutions to accommodate and integrate the existing beams, Version 1,1 and Version 1,2. Though a minor difference, I have explored and presented both this subversions in the Renders, and only the Version 1.2 is named as Ceiling Type 2 so that you can be oriented.
6. A few illumination variations are shown in renders, to better understand the environment created in different situations. I do a lot of illumination study to see the materials and the lights like the first render in different shades but I can not upload them here, it is the limit of the system.
7. The style of the project. I have used a simple modern and minimalist combination with bright and calm colors together with white, gray, wood beige and a lot of glass. I let the details such as curtains, carpets, frames & details to make the contrasting difference, so you can choose to add the personal fragrance according to your liking to the flexible structure of the design. Special treatment is given to the living room, imbuing it with a theatrical nuance from the details of the ceiling.
8. Closing. I hope you enjoy the project as much as I do.

È stato un piacere lavorare a questo progetto, anche se è stato piuttosto sfidante. Alcune spiegazioni sulla struttura del progetto:
1. Ogni Piano o Tavola ha le spiegazioni relative al suo contenuto.
2. Poiché molti strati di informazioni entrano nella Pianta Base, questa è divisa in 3 piante separate, Pianta dell'arredamento, Pianta dello spazio e Pianta delle dimensioni per diffondere meglio le informazioni visivamente e per avere più spazio sul foglio per le descrizioni. Dopo allora continuo con gli altri piani più specifici.
3. Ho esplorato diverse versioni del progetto, ma 2 versioni sono qui completamente presentate nei piani che rappresentano le migliori soluzioni in base ai loro obiettivi. Versione 2 che soddisfa tutte le aspettative del cliente e Versione 1 dove tengo in considerazione anche la fluidità e la circolazione spaziale, insieme alle funzioni dimensione ottimale rispetto all'appartamento. Propongo la versione 1 come una soluzione più equilibrata, funzionale e bella dal potenziale estetico e dalla circolazione spaziale.
4. Faccio un diagramma con un confronto dei PRO e CONTRO di ciascuna versione per chiarire a fondo gli argomenti per la versione 1.
5. Quindi ho proseguito con la Versione 1 con lo studio del Piano del Soffitto, dove ho trovato 2 possibili soluzioni per accogliere e integrare le travi esistenti, Versione 1,1 e Versione 1,2. Sebbene sia una piccola differenza, ho esplorato e presentato entrambe queste sovversioni nei Render e solo la versione 1.2 è nominata in modo che voi pottete essere orientato.
6. Nei render sono riportate alcune variazioni di illuminazione, per comprendere meglio l'ambiente creato nelle diverse situazioni. Studio molto l'illuminazione per vedere i materiali e le luci, come i primi render in diverse tonalità ma non riesco a caricarle qui, è il limite del sistema.
7. Lo stile del progetto. Ho usato una combinazione semplice, moderna e minimalista con colori luminosi e calmi insieme a bianco, grigio, beige legno e molto vetro. Lascio che i dettagli come tende, tappeti, cornici e dettagli facciano la differenza in contrasto, quindi puoi scegliere di aggiungere la fragranza personale secondo i vostro gusto alla struttura flessibile del design. Un trattamento speciale è riservato al soggiorno, conferendogli una sfumatura teatrale dai dettagli del soffitto.
8. Chiusura. Spero che il progetto vi piaccia tanto quanto me.
